As the Business Analyst and Analytics lead, my role is to analyze fulfilment performance, identify key pain points, and provide data-driven insights to support process improvements. I track and report the impact of liquidation delays, highlighting the need for STP implementation for new Life Savings. I collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Compliance to fast-track approvals and optimize manual processes in the interim. On the development side, I work closely with the IT and product teams to define requirements for STP implementation, ensure system integration aligns with business needs, and support testing to validate process efficiency. Additionally, I monitor customer complaints and survey data to measure the effectiveness of proposed solutions, ensuring improved fulfilment efficiency and customer experience.
